Pay Table
The list of symbol combinations a slot pays out on, with each combination's payout value expressed as a multiple of the base bet.

The pay table (or “paytable”) is the reference chart showing what each slot symbol combination pays. Every regulated slot exposes it via the game info menu — usually a paperclip or ”?” icon in the game UI.
What the pay table shows
- Symbol values: each symbol’s payout for 2, 3, 4, 5+ matches on a payline (or in a cluster for cluster-pay slots).
- Special symbols: wilds, scatters, bonus symbols, and their multipliers or trigger requirements.
- Paylines diagram: for classic slots, the exact winning lines.
- Bonus round rules: how the bonus triggers, what it awards.
- Feature explanations: multiplier growth, respin conditions, sticky wilds, expanding reels, etc.
- Max win cap: absolute maximum win (e.g., “Max win: 5,000× total bet”).
How to read the pay table
Payout values are usually shown as multiples of the base bet (not per-line stake). Example: “5-of-a-kind K = 10×” means five kings pays 10 × your total bet, not 10 × your per-line stake.
Some pay tables show absolute currency values at the current bet — check whether the number changes when you change your stake.
The pay table vs the RTP
The RTP is the theoretical long-run payout percentage. The pay table shows the how: which combinations of symbols contribute to that RTP. Same 96.5% RTP can be distributed:
- Many small wins + rare big wins (high-variance).
- Frequent medium wins (medium-variance).
- Consistent tiny wins + occasional medium wins (low-variance).
Reading the pay table tells you which distribution the game uses.
