Privacy Policy

The short version

CasiMath is a static content site. We do not require an account, do not accept deposits, and do not run advertising trackers that follow you across the web. The only data our own systems process about you is the minimum needed to serve pages and to know when a partner operator credits us for a referral.

What we collect directly

• Server log entries for the request you made (IP address, user-agent, timestamp, referrer, URL). Retained for 14 days for security and abuse prevention, then discarded.
• Preferences you set client-side (language selection, dark-mode override where applicable, portfolio-builder input state). Stored in your browser’s localStorage; never transmitted to our servers.
• Contact-form messages you send us. Retained until we resolve your query, then deleted within 60 days.

We do not collect account details, payment details, dates of birth, or gambling activity history — those live entirely with the operator you sign up with.

What third parties may collect

When you click a rel="sponsored" affiliate link, you leave CasiMath and enter a partner operator’s site. That operator (and its own tracking infrastructure) will collect whatever data its privacy policy discloses. We pass a partner-specific tag ID (e.g., btag=…) in the outbound URL so the operator can credit us for the referral. That tag ID identifies CasiMath as the source; it does not carry your identity from CasiMath.

Any static asset we serve (fonts, favicons, images) is served from origin CDNs we control. We do not embed Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any advertising SDK.

Where our data is stored

CasiMath is deployed on Cloudflare’s edge network. Server logs are aggregated in Cloudflare’s log-retention pipeline and processed under Cloudflare’s data-processing terms. We can review logs but do not export them for marketing purposes.

Your rights

If you are covered by GDPR (EU/UK) or a comparable law (CCPA/CPRA in California, LGPD in Brazil, PIPEDA in Canada):

• You can request a copy of any log entries associated with your IP.
• You can request deletion of any contact-form correspondence.
• You can ask us to suppress affiliate CTAs for your session going forward.

Cookies

We use one first-party cookie for language preference. We do not set third-party tracking cookies from our own domain. Sponsored partner sites may set their own cookies once you click through — we do not control them; see the operator’s privacy policy for details.

Changes

Substantive changes to this policy will bump the updated date at the top. For anything material (e.g., adding analytics) we will publish a note in the footer for at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
